Macarons at Midnight is a story about a girl named
Lise and her parents are divorced. Her
mom went to Switzerland so she had to live with her dad and Stepmom, Gail, and
their daughter, Destry. She meets a guy
at a French bakery called Spoonful of Sugar, but in the meantime she is having problems
with her family. Will you find out if
the boy likes her to? I absolutely loved
this book because it had so much detail and I felt like I was right there standing
next to the characters. If I were the
author, I would change the stepsister’s name.
If I were a character in the book ( Lise ), I would tell the boy I met
the truth about being the person he met at Spoonful of Sugar. If I were to pick
one juicy word to describe Macarons at Midnight, it would be LOVE
because there is so much love in this book!
One more thing, in the back of this book you will find 3 different
macaron recipes! I truly and honestly recommend Macarons at Midnight to
YOU!
