A tournament that hasn’t happened for millions of years in the wizarding world, in Harry Potter And The Goblet Of Fire is about to happen.  Will Harry Potter go, or will Uncle Vernon hold him back?   Soon, at Hogwarts, Harry Potter will be in great danger.  I loved this book because it had me at the edge of my seat!  I couldn’t put the book down until I finished.  Although, I would change a part of the book.  I don’t want to spoil it, so, if you have read the book you can keep on reading: (SPOIL ALERT!  If I were the author, I would change that Voldemort doesn’t kill Cedric by using one of the unforgivable curses, avada kadabra).  I would solve Harry’s problem by escaping the trap someone had set quickly enough so that nobody gets hurt.  A JUICY word to describe this book is pernicious because when Harry goes to Hogwarts, there will be lots of trouble.  Beware the dangers… in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire.

Harry Potter and the Sorcerer`s Stone was an exciting, magical, and adventurous novel.  I liked the book because this book takes place in 2 worlds: the wizard world and the muggle world, A.K.A human world. In this book I would change nothing because Harry Potter and the Sorcerer`s Stone was an amazing novel.  I would have solved the problem like the way Harry Potter did except being a little more honest.  If I could pick a juicy word to describe the book, I would pick enchanting because this book was very magical.  If you like  The Sorcerer`s Stone , you will also like the rest of the series!

Tales From A Not So Dorky Drama Queen is about  a girl named Niki Maxwell who lost her diary.  She is afraid that a girl named Mackenzie Hollister will find it and make it hers.  What I like about this  book is that once you start to read the book you will have to keep reading.  If I would change something from this book  I would change nothing because the book is already great.   I was Niki, I would know it was Mackenzie automatically. If I would pick one juicy word to describe this book, I would pick Worry-less because Niki stays strong. I recommend this book to people who like adventurous books.

The book, The Beast of Blackslope, is about adventuer and mystery. It is about two children named Xena and Xander and they love to solve mysteries like their Great – Great – Great Grandfather,  Sherlock Holmes. They go to a town called Blakslope and hear mysterious howls. I liked the book because it was so full of secrets and mystery. I would change the fact that they were visiting Blackslope; it would be more interesting if they lived there. If I were Xena, I would go interrogate everyone I heard talking about the mystery. I would have found it out by trying to find things that people would not let anyone go near or touch. A word I’d pick for this story is scary because it is about a type of curse. I’d recommend the Beast of Blackslope to you because it is very scary, interesting, and because you will love it.

At Life Is Sweet candy factory, Logan Sweet, the Candymaker’s talented son, Daisy Carpenter, the cheerful girl who can lift a 50 pound lump of taffy as if it were a feather, Philip Ransford 3rd, the poor little rich boy who is always scribbling in his notebook, and Miles O’Leary, the boy allergic to rowboats, merry-go-rounds, and. . . the color pink?  I loved this book because of the cheery, strong, and vivid descriptions of the candy that lets you smell and even taste the candy (I’m not kidding you).  If I were the author, I would’t change anything about this book because it is so deliciously described, amusing, and stupifying.  If I were a character in this book, I would find out all the character’s secrets quicker because I’d realize that all the characters were acting oddly and secretive.  If I had to pick 1 jucy to describe this book, it would be awe-inspiring (that’s a word; look it up) because it is a synonym of amazing, and is a word that describes this book perfectly.  I recommend this book to you because it is so quabulous, fabulous, fantabulous, and- you get it.  My final command to you is. . . READ THIS BOOK; you’ll love it.

Dog Man  is a really funny book and  it is also a comic book. There is a cop with a human’s body and a dog’s head that is trying to save the world. I really liked this book because it has a lot of action!  I would not change anything about this book because it was perfect!  If I were a character in the book, I would have solved the problem by helping the people in danger.  If I could pick one juicy word to describe the book, it would be breathtaking because it is one of the best books I have ever read!  I recommend Dog Man  because it is great for readers that love action.

Charlotte is a 12 year old escapes an orphanage, dresses up as a boy and when she’s 18 votes!   I like this story because it’s about a girl who gets herself some new laws.  12 year old escapes an orphanage, dresses up as a boy and when she’s 18 votes!  Exciting is one word to describe Riding Freedom because something exciting is always in store for Charlotte.  I would not change anything about Riding Freedom because I think it’s a  wonderful book. Charlotte’s problem is that women aren’t aloud to vote, drive stage coaches or do more fun things. Charlotte solves this problem by dressing up as a man Read Riding Freedom and find out what Charlotte is up to.

‘’Kingdom Keepers’’ was so fantastic that I just could not stop reading. I loved this book because witches, pirates, creepy dolls, and magic pens came ordanary desks it was all unexpected. I would not change anything because it was all epic. If I could be a character I would be Finn and I would not go following Maleficent to a creepy room because Finn almost died. I would pick the word epic to describe the book because everything was fantastic. I recommend ‘’Kingdom Keepers’’ to people  that like books about magic, mystery or Disney.

Percy Jackson books are always amazing but The Battle of The Labyrinth is the best yet. There are suprises in every corner and a lot of action. I like this book because it’s the perfect mix of action and comedy. I would have solved the problem by killing Kronos before he got revived. The only thing I would change in this book is that I would want Nico to stay at camp because he is the most important (and my favorite) character in the book. I would describe this book as action packed because there is a battle on every page. The Battle of The Labyrinth is hilarious and full of adventure, and it will definitely keep you hooked!

In The Duel In the Desert, Neil Flambe’s restaurant, Chez Flambe, got demolished. So, Neil and his cousin, Larry, go to the Broiling Man Food-Truck Festival. Where Neil realizes that Salsa Verde Ranch is scheduled for demolition. I loved this book book because I am a real foodie, I love to cook, and I like mysteries and adventure. If I could change something about The Duel In the Desert  it would be would be that Larry made less food puns. If I were Neil, I would have realized quicker that you put a cake on a skillet upside down earlier. One word to describe this book is scrumptious. The Duel In the Desert is an amazing book, and I think you should all read it. WAIT!! First, read the rest of the Neil Flambe series, and I recommend this book to every chef in the world and everyone else, too.

Daniela's Out of My Mind Book Review

Blog Book Review
Name of Reviewer: Daniela
Title of Book: Out of my Mind
Author of Book: Sharon M. Draper
# of pages: 295
# AR points:8.0                                  RL: 4.3

Out of My Mind is a heart-warming story and its rich with incredibly realistic details, it will leave you wanting for more. Eleven-year-old Melody has cerebral palsy, and she can’t walk, talk, or even write! She’s the smartest kid in her whole school, and no one even acknowledges it! Not even her teachers or doctors. Melody goes to a special class for disabled children, and all she does there is consistently recites the alphabet over and go ever theover again. Everyone thinks she’s incapable of learning, and it makes her go out of her mind, so, she tries to prove to everyone out there that just because she’s physically disabled, doesn’t mean her mind  is limited to a world of knowledge. There is absolutely nothing to change about this book, the author has created this book perfectly. I couldn’t have worded it better myself. One juicy word I would use to describe Out of my Mind  is moving, because this book is so touching, and it makes me feel warm inside. Read Out of my Mind, and it will make you think differently about a child in a wheelchair.
