Prisoner B-3087 is about a kid who is trying to work
hard to get out of all the death camps in Germany and Poland because the Nazis
have invaded. This book is marvelous
and I liked it because Yanek (the kid) survives all the death camps he has
lived in. I would not change anything
about the book and even if I wanted to I can’t because the book is based on a true
story. If I was Yanek, I would solve the problem by running away
into the city where the Nazis wouldn’t know he was a Jew. If I could pick one juicy word to describe
the the book, it would be BOGGLE because it is hard to imagine that all these
horrible things could happen to a kid.
If you like war books, I would recommend this book to you because Prisoner
B-3087 is all about war.
