Riding Freedom is tale of the first woman to vote in the U.S.A who dressed up as a boy and lost sight in one eye. Charlotte is a 12 year old escapes an orphanage, dresses up as a boy and when she’s 18 votes!   I like this story because it’s about a girl who gets herself some new laws.  12 year old escapes an orphanage, dresses up as a boy and when she’s 18 votes!  Exciting is one word to describe Riding Freedom because something exciting is always in store for Charlotte.  I would not change anything about Riding Freedom because I think it’s a  wonderful book. Charlotte’s problem is that women aren’t aloud to vote, drive stage coaches or do more fun things. Charlotte solves this problem by dressing up as a man Read Riding Freedom and find out what Charlotte is up to.
