At Life Is Sweet candy factory, Logan Sweet,
the Candymaker’s talented son, Daisy Carpenter, the cheerful girl who can lift
a 50 pound lump of taffy as if it were a feather, Philip Ransford 3rd,
the poor little rich boy who is always scribbling in his notebook, and Miles
O’Leary, the boy allergic to rowboats, merry-go-rounds, and. . . the color pink? I loved this book because of the cheery, strong,
and vivid descriptions of the candy that lets you smell and even taste the
candy (I’m not kidding you). If I were
the author, I would’t change anything about this book because it is so
deliciously described, amusing, and stupifying.
If I were a character in this book, I would find out all the character’s
secrets quicker because I’d realize that all the characters were acting oddly
and secretive. If I had to pick 1 jucy
to describe this book, it would be awe-inspiring (that’s a word; look it up)
because it is a synonym of amazing, and is a word that describes this book
perfectly. I recommend this book to you
because it is so quabulous, fabulous, fantabulous, and- you get it. My final command to you is. . . READ THIS
BOOK; you’ll love it.
Sindhu,
