Madlyn book review of Soof

Name of Reviewer: Madlyn

In the book Soof you will learn about Aurora’s adventure  in  finding Soof (Heidi's mama's  word for love) in her life. I liked this book because I have a lot in common with Aurora like when I  try to spy on people ( sometimes it does not work ) . The part I would change if I was the author is when Aurora is worried about meeting Heidi because I think it's sad. If I was a character, I would solve the problem by not acting so mean to my parents and explain to them what I’m worried about. If I could pick one juicy word for this book, I would choose love because Soof means love. I recommend Soof to anyone who likes adventures.

The Wild Robot Escapes

Book is found in Miss Q’s Library

The Wild Robot Escapes is an amazing book about hope, family, sadness, joy, adventure,           trust, and friendship.  I loved this book because the characters have so many emotions, and out of all of the books that I have read, this one is the best. I would change nothing about the book because it is perfect just the way it is.  If I were a character in the book, I would have solved the problem the exact same way.   One word I would pick to describe the book is breath-taking because if you have read the book you would know why.  You should really read The Wild Robot Escapes because of all the adventure and mystery in it.

The book PLAYING CUPID  is an amazing book I think you all will love. I liked this book because it was very heart warming. It is about Clara Martinez who loves to make love matches at the mall. Once she sees two people she thinks will hit it off, she asks three questions and “BAM!” they are a couple. I would not change one part of this book because it is perfect. She finds her friend is struggling to be popular so she tries to put her with a popular boy. I would have solved this problem of trying to keep my friend popular by not caring if my friend is popular or not. I would only care that we would still be friends with them. One juicy word I would use is lovely; I think it fits this story wonderfully. If you like books about romance, surprise  and excitement, then PLAYING CUPID  is the book for you.

Macarons at Midnight is a story about a girl named Lise and her parents are divorced.  Her mom went to Switzerland so she had to live with her dad and Stepmom, Gail, and their daughter, Destry.  She meets a guy at a French bakery called Spoonful of Sugar,  but in the meantime she is having problems with her family.  Will you find out if the boy likes her to?  I absolutely loved this book because it had so much detail and I felt like I was right there standing next to the characters.  If I were the author, I would change the stepsister’s name.   If I were a character in the book ( Lise ), I would tell the boy I met the truth about being the person he met at Spoonful of Sugar. If I were to pick one juicy word to describe Macarons at Midnight, it would be LOVE because there is so much love in this book!  One more thing, in the back of this book you will find 3 different macaron recipes! I truly and honestly recommend Macarons at Midnight to YOU!
