All Four Stars is about a girl named Gladys Gatsby that loves to cook, and review food. Gladys is not allowed to cook, because she set the curtains on fire. One day the New York Standard, a famous magazine company e-mailed her to be a food critic. Can she keep her new job a secret? I loved this book so much, because it is so adventurous, with many problems that occur constantly. If I were the author of this book, I would change the part when Charissa decides to invite one person to her birthday party and instead she would bring at least two friends. If I were Gladys, I would solve the problem about the New York Standard by calling or e-mailing them that her letter was for the contest and not a letter from a adult that wants to be a food citic. One juicy word that I would use to describe this book is adventurous, because the book is full with adventures. All Four Stars is a great book that everyone would love, even if they aren’t into cooking!

If you are interested in adventure and robots, Ungifted is the book for you. Ungifted is a marvelous book about a kid that pranks his school and it turns out being the best thing that ever happened to him. I loved the book because he is full of  adventure and he has a plan to fool smart kids that he is smarter. I would change the part when Donavon (main character) bumps a part of a statue to bumping a part of wire in the gymnasium. If I was Donavon, I would not be chasing the part of the statue and I would have stayed and not gotten in trouble.  One juicy word to describe the book would be secret because he has to keep a secret until the end of the year. Gordan Korman is my favorite book author and I hope he is yours too. I really hope you read “Ungifted”, it is my favorite and I bet it will be yours to.

                In Nickel Bay Nick, Sam thought he was a freak, a nobody. When he was little he had a heart transplant, his Dad’s bakery is bankrupt, and to top it all off, his mom is spending Christmas with her new family. Sam thought he had the most boring and sad life of all time until something happened that changed his life. I loved this book because it has clever comedy, it’s jam-packed with action, and has a great story. If I had to change something about the book, I would make Jax and Ivy part of the team because both Ivy’s smarts and Jax’s way of replicating voices could come in handy. If I were Sam, I wouldn’t do anything different because one wrong move and his cover could have been blown. In one word, I would describe this book as adrenaline because of all the close calls he had. Nickel Bay Nick is amazing and I know you’ll love it as much as I did.
