Love That Dog is an amazing novel because something surprising happened to Sky.   I really liked the book because it has a lot of change from the beginning of the book to the end of the book.  The only thing I would change about the book is to make it a little happier because one part made me a little sad but otherwise it’s perfect.  I think Jack solved the problems really well because he finally told about what happened to Sky and it gave the book a little twist.  ONE JUICY WORD for this book is astonishing because I personally think that the story is relaxing and I can tell that Sharon Creech took a lot of time writing this amazing story. Love That Dog is a very interesting book, I recommend that you read this magnificent narrative poetry book.  P.S. Look at the back of the book to find poems that are used in Miss Stretchberry’s class!

The book PLAYING CUPID  is an amazing book I think you all will love. I liked this book because it was very heart warming. It is about Clara Martinez who loves to make love matches at the mall. Once she sees two people she thinks will hit it off, she asks three questions and “BAM!” they are a couple. I would not change one part of this book because it is perfect. She finds her friend is struggling to be popular so she tries to put her with a popular boy. I would have solved this problem of trying to keep my friend popular by not caring if my friend is popular or not. I would only care that we would still be friends with them. One juicy word I would use is lovely; I think it fits this story wonderfully. If you like books about romance, surprise  and excitement, then PLAYING CUPID  is the book for you.
