The Invention of Hugo Cabret is both mysterious and adventurous.  I loved Hugo Cabret because it includes detailed illustrations that are drawn realistically, and it gives the reader the feeling of suspense and exhilaration every time you see Hugo narrowly escaping danger.  If I were the author, I would change the part where Hugo’s father dies in the museum because it’s just too devastating.  If I were Hugo, I would have solved my father’s death by going around town and asking everyone if they knew my father and see if they gave me any clues.  One juicy word to describe the book would be THRILLING because there is always tension, suspense, and excitement in what’s going to happen in the next page.  The Invention of Hugo Cabret is by far the most brilliant book ever written without question in which you could reach enlightenment for the abundant and rich experience reading it.  So, that’s why I would highly recommend reading The invention of Hugo Cabret.

Spy School is an exciting and mysterious book about a  kid name Ben Ripley who went to a spy school to use his intelligence as a spy.  Ben is always on the run from an evil organization.  I loved this book because there are so many questions to be answered and there are so many plot twists.  If I was Stuart Gibbs, l would change who the mole was in the book because it makes Spy School a little confusing when you find out who is the mole.  If l was one character in the book, l would be Ben and l would have solved my problems by trying not to be friends with anybody.
If l could pick one juicy word to describe this book it would be SURPRISING  because there are a lot of plot twists in this book.  Spy School is perfect for whoever loves mystery’s and exciting adventure’s.

In Belly Up there are many exciting stories and mysteries, and if you like mysteries then this is the book for you.  I really liked this book because its full of adventure and excitement.   If I were the author I would change the part where Teddy finds a shoe print outside his trailer and change it to Teddy getting kidnapped by Buck because it would make the book more exciting and there would be a lot more mystery.  If I was a character in this book, I would solve the problem where the Mamba gets out of the cage and then I would catch the Mamba instead of being scared.  A word that is super juicy and describes this book is extraordinary, I would choose this word because I think this book is fantastic and it is the best book I have ever read in my whole life.  I recommend Belly Up to everyone that reads my book review and every one in the whole world.

Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire is a thrilling book of wizardry fiction about young Harry Potter competing in a very exciting tournament! I loved this book because there are a lot of cliff hangers like the events of The Triwizard Tournament. First, Harry needs to get past a fire-breathing dragon, then he needs to go underwater and save some of his friends, and last, he needs to get through a maze with very dangerous magical creatures. If I were the author, I would change the part where Cedric Diggory dies because he was very nice to Harry. If I were Harry, I would have done the “ Avada Kedavra” curse on Voldemort to save Cedric.  If I could choose one juicy word to describe the book, I would choose the word thrilling because The Triwizard Tournament was very exciting to read about.  I really liked Harry Potter and the Goblet Of Fire, and I hope you do to!

Spy School is a thrilling and adventurous story about a boy named Ben Ripley that saves the  world  from enemies. I loved this book because it is kind of scary and has a lot of cliffhangers. If I were the author, I would change the part where Ben got shot in the arm by Murray because I think it is too violent. If I were Ben, I would have hid behind a rock so I would not get shot. One juicy word I word I pick to describe the book is challenges because Ben has to go through a lot of challenges to become a good spy. If you like reading books with thrilling cliffhangers at the end of each chapter, Spy School is the right book for you!

Thomas can’t remember his last name, parents, home, life, or age when he wakes up in a mysterious place where there are only boys called Gladers. They are trapped in a place that they call the Glade, and there are doors that they have to enter to get to the Maze, which is unsolvable and unfortunately, the only way to get home. I loved The Maze Runner because of the suspense and thrill. If I were the author, I wouldn’t change any part of this book because it was all so perfectly written, with sadness at just the right times and thrill in every corner. If I were Thomas, I would have solved the problem the same way he did because he solved the problem perfectly, even with the sorrow included. A juicy word I would use to describe this book is enigma because it is the perfect combination of the words “thriller” and “mysterious”.  If you love books that have you weeping on your knees but can’t stop turning pages, The Maze Runner is the book for you.

Minty’s The Horse and His Boy Blog Book Review

The Horse and His Boy is a very enjoyable book. I like The Horse and His boy because I like adventure and excitement. There is one thing I would like to change about the book: Bree and Hwin  should have gotten married like Shasta and Avaris. The problem in the book is that a man named Rabadash is trying to conquer Narnia and I would solve that problem by getting Aslan of course (Aslan is the one who made all the talking animals like Bree and Hwin). A juicy word to describe  the book is excitable because every turn of a page it is an adventure, and when you finish it you are going to want more! So, I suggest if you read The Horse and His Boy  and like it, you should read the rest of the series!

It’s World War lll.  Tom Raines, a precocious and troubled 14 year old video gamer who is usually unsure whether he will sleep in a comfy hotel bed or on a grimy bench in a train station, gets an opportunity of a lifetime - to train at the Pentagon Spire to become a soldier in the war.  I absolutely loved Insignia because of the persistent feeling of adventure, mystery, and doom mixed with a snippet of romance.  If I were the author, I would not change one thing because the eloquent prose pulled me into the book and made it difficult to stop reading while the fast paced story line kept me at the edge of my seat.  If I were a character in the book, I wouldn’t change a thing because the characters are each imperfect in exactly the right way.  If I had to pick one word to describe the book, it would be suspense because that word illustrates the perpetual feeling in the air at the Pentagon Spire.  I heartily recommend Insignia to you because it is a downright fabulous read!  If you want to read another book like this, read Vortex, Insignia’s sequel.

If you want to read a thrilling book where there is non-stop action, read Cryptid Hunters! When Grace and Marty’s parents, two wild researchers, apparently die in helicopter crash, Grace and Marty have to go live with their crazy and unusual uncle, Wolfe. After a couple of days, Wolfe has to go on an adventure to find a cryptid named the mokélém – bembe (cryptozoology is the study of animals such as Bigfoot and the Yeti who have not been proven scientifically). While Wolfe goes on a plane to drop Grace and Marty at their old boarding school, something goes terribly wrong and next thing Grace and Marty know, they were falling from the plane and into the jungle.  Do you think they will survive, be eaten alive, or be killed? Find out in Cryptid Hunters!!! I liked the book because it is thrilling and I couldn’t stop reading until the end. I wouldn’t change a thing about the book because it is SO good and there isn’t anything to fix. If I could change the way they solved a problem, I would have Grace and Marty stick together so no one gets hurt. If I could pick one JUICY word, I would pick thrilling because it is entertaining and you can’t stop reading until the end. If you like thrilling books with non-stop action, Cryptid Hunters is for YOU!!!
