Pie is a book filled with mystery, adventure, and of course food. If you like these types of books, then Pie is the book for you. Pie is about an amazing woman named Polly Portman who makes pies and has won 13 Blueberry awards for her outstanding pies. Unfortunately, she passes away and leaves her famous recipes to her CAT, Lardo, and leaves Lardo with her niece ,Alice Anderson. Everyone in the town is dying to find out her amazing pie crust recipe. I loved Pie , although it was really sad, but I still loved it because I love adventures, mystery and food. If I were the author, I would not change a thing about the book because I loved every part of Pie. If I were Alice, I would have solved the problem the same way she did. If I could choose a word to describe this book, I would choose delicious because I think if I tried one of Polly’s pies I would LOVE it.
