In Nickel Bay Nick, Sam
thought he was a freak, a nobody. When he was little he had a heart transplant,
his Dad’s bakery is bankrupt, and to top it all off, his mom is spending
Christmas with her new family. Sam thought he had the most boring and sad life
of all time until something happened that changed his life. I loved this book
because it has clever comedy, it’s jam-packed with action, and has a great
story. If I had to change something about the book, I would make Jax and Ivy
part of the team because both Ivy’s smarts and Jax’s way of replicating voices
could come in handy. If I were Sam, I wouldn’t do anything different because
one wrong move and his cover could have been blown. In one word, I would describe
this book as adrenaline because of all the close calls he had. Nickel
Bay Nick is amazing and I know you’ll love it as much as I did.
